Good morning, Denise! DH has been reading in Nourishing Traditions. Being the breadmaker he is, he's been interested in making his own flour. How do you like the grain mill you have? NT mentions the brand, Jupiter, but it looks like yours is Manga. Any suggestions in looking for one? And, where the heck did you get your wheat?!?!
The boys and I are excited...a GRAIN MILL! Hand crank, for more fun.
We also found a local source for wheat (yay)...although my first bags come from the local coop.
Tomorrow we make...bread!
