Hearts.

The boys had fun today stamping Valentine cards for a few relatives. We cut a heart shapes into a potato, and they stamped glittery red paint onto red card stock and kraft paper envelopes.

From there they added stickers and stamped words with gold ink (L-O-V-E), signed them all and then let them dry before putting into envelopes to go out. They both agreed that the potato stamping was the best part!

This is a cute idea, and simple to execute. The added benefit of course is the messy potential of the paint which will appeal to my boy!
