corner view:: "home"

Todays corner view is 'home', or 'corners of my home'.

There is always something happening in this house - we have peaceful spots as well as chaotic spots, and enjoy them both.

Be sure to visit Jane at Spain Daily where you can view corner views from around the globe.

  6. I love all your corners, your house divided between peace and chaos (that one sounds all too familiar), and especially that last, inviting photo.

  11. Your corners have a lot to tell.
    I see carding, wool and bobbins and knitting needles.
    You would see that in my corners as well.

  12. I see that I'm not the only one with lego designs on every flat surface! :O)

    jodi-yes! i am learning to handspin my own yarn! we have an angora rabbit (ms. hunka bianca), and i brush her daily with a very fine brush, and save the clean/nice fur from the brushings to card & spin with the big bag full of fur I will get when she sheds & i pluck/trim her in a few weeks. i have raw alpaca from a local farm to spin in with the angora--should be a really luxurious yarn. i've been practicing so i can make a nice even yarn and hopefully not ruin it all. ;P we've only had her 2 months, so it is all still learning for me!

    thanks everyone!

  14. i have lego designs and playmobil design everywhere. and just toys in general :) sometimes it gets to be too much, but mostly it's just - to me - a sign that this is a home for all of us.

    your home looks lovely - a place for living and being together.
