corner view:: street fashion??

I must admit I giggled when I saw the corner view for this week was 'street fashion'. While there are several people in Wisconsin who are fashionable, well...lets just say that every time I turned the camera out to take photos of people on the street this week I stopped myself. Really. No need to be sharin' any of that. ;) Now, cycling fashion runs the gamut here, but I sadly didn't get the chance to roam the rural roads looking for bands of riders with their serious riding duds!

So maybe I should just take pictures down into the car instead.

G modeled a special outfit just for me with his green goggles. Or better yet...

To visit parts of the world with a bit more 'street fashion', visit:

  2. Stephanie...yep, exactly. especially of guys in cammo next to their cammo detailed pickup trucks. Totally Wisconsin "fashion", but uh, they might not understand my 'creative' purposes. ;)

  3. I was really nervous about taking pictures of strangers, but no body actually said anything to me. I tried to look like I was taking pictures of the buildings.
    I like the bug hat!

  5. I like the juxtaposition of knitting and tatoo.

    And don't tell me you have bees, too?! I'd have to be really jealous then!

  6. I agree with Daan - awesome goggles - reminds me of my 4 year-old, who spent most of last week with my snorkeling mask on her head, pretending to be a "spaceman".

  7. Jenell - Nope, a friend has bees, so the boys got to visit and try on some gear...though we'd love to some day (a friend of my husband just started an urban hive, so will be interesting to see how it goes!).

    Oh yes, goggles - both swim and the night vision types - are very popular in our house too. Worn for all kinds of storylines! ;)
