Do you hear that sound? It is the sound of me sinking! After well over a week of sick kids and being sick myself, I'm so behind on work it is almost comical. Deep breath. We did manage to
get out for some fun over the weekend - to kick out the cobwebs and re-enter the human race.
Here are some photos from our weekend. I always take so many pictures - and do have a lot of the boys doing interesting things, but when downloading everything from today, I liked how many of them are colorful and dynamic. So, ...
Awesome pictures. Where is this?
ReplyDeletethat looks like an amazing place. j and e would love it. we have a science center near us, but it's nothing like that.
ReplyDeleteWow! This is wonderful, the photo's are so great Denise! The "Looking up" photo is awesome!
ReplyDeleteYou took some fabulous photos this weekend. It looks like an interesting place for your boys, and a fun place for a mom who loves photography.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures. Was this a Science Museum or something? Looks like a great place for the kids.
ReplyDeleteThis is Discovery World in Milwaukee. :)
ReplyDeleteMilwaukee's got it going on!
ReplyDeleteGreat pics! Glad everyone is recovered (or, recovering!).
Hmmm, I'm not sure if I've ever been there (unless there were different exhibits at that time). Anyhow, VERY COOL! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that everyone is feeling better and I hope that you feel 'caught up' soon.
Wow! Heating up and looking up are both incredible shots! What a cool museum........aaaah, another advantage to civilization!
ReplyDeleteReading your blog always makes me look forward to doing "big kid" things with my little one in the future. I'm glad you're feeling better:)
ReplyDeleteWe were going to go camping tomorrow... but hints of thunderstorms seem too likely...
ReplyDeleteSo I think we'll go there tomorrow. I'm not sure how the boy will handle it, it seems maybe above his age - but we'll see. I'll go stocked with a lot of calm·zen·patient mother vibes, and hopefully he wont be too overwhelmed.
Thanks for the idea... You're pretty good at that.
How exhilarating!
ReplyDeleteFeel better you guys. I'm just catching up with you from a week ago.
All my best.
I have always been a little curious about Discovery World, I thought maybe it was too old for the littluns. The web site is not particularly helpful.
ReplyDeleteWonderful pictures - the new Discovery world is one of our favorite places - the great lakes display, aquarium and the old schooner for the younger ones and the Les Paul house of music for the older kids !!
