The book that sprang to mind right away for me was, Hop on Pop. That's some camera angle! They look like they are going to land on you when they come down.
I love shots from below. I stick the camera down at a good angle and take a bunch until I get everything centered the way I want it. It looks so dynamic from down there. :)

Hmmm. We have flying through the air after jumping off a dresser pictures, but not pictures taken from under the jumper. Very cool!
